@GreteLykke@ChuckCallesto I fully agree. But the reason this is a landslide poll is because we cannot "see" climate change, therefore it's not perceived as a threat. :/
Here's a Twitter-sized SHE'S SOMEONE header I made if you want to use.
**I didn't create this. Not sure who did but thank you. I just made it the right size for Twitter. Please pass it on.

#WhyIDidntReport Sexual assault goes unreported ALL THE TIME for many reasons. Most of which include women (& men) feel they won’t be believed, as society has proven. I finally reported mine at the age of 20 when another girl spoke out. Unreported doesn’t mean not true #metoo
Because even though studies show that it's not uncommon to be victimized more than once, if it does happen to you more than once, "it's your fault," "you should have known better," "you're just seeking attention".... #WhyIDidntReport
@StephanieAFH I wasn't raped, but assaulted and my foster mother begged me to not say anything. She said if I didn't, she would make sure her nephew didn't come back. She lied.
Because my foster carers constantly told me I should be grateful and I could have it much worse and I’m so lucky. Because I was scared of where I was going to be moved. Because I would have to describe in detail horrible things that I wanted to forget #WhyIDidntReport
#WhyIDidntReport I did, and he hired Bill Cosby’s lawyer and threatened to take me to court if I didn’t publicly say I lied. I told him to take me to court and he disappeared.
When I first spoke up about my sexual assaults, years later, my Mom’s reaction was to say that my silence demonstrated my ability to lie by omission. #MeToo#WhyIDidntReport
Because it took me 3 years to understand what had happened and more to get professional help after a series of depression/ptsd relapses. He was my best friend at the time. I was in denial and I had friends who didn't believe me when I told them what happened. #WhyIDidntReport
