@zzaajjjj @Shopify @ShopifySupport @ShopifyEng @tobi Yeah, that’s super confusing. Shopify can freeze payouts even with 0 chargebacks if something in the risk system looks unusual. Did they ask you for any docs or give a timeline yet?

@FanebustLa88514 Nice numbers. Most people underestimate how hard it is to keep margins above 25% once ad spend scales. Are you tracking fees + ad spend daily or weekly?

@brandcorex Totally agree. Most stores I talk to aren’t losing money on ads, they’re losing it in the backend. Fees, payout delays, COGS blind spots… the foundation kills more revenue than creatives ever do.

@AL0R @harleyf @ShopifySupport Thats even stranger then.. if nothing changed on your side and it’s hitting multiple processors, it sounds more like an internal risk‑queue backlog on Shopify’s end. Have they escalated it beyond frontline support yet or is it still the same daily ‘we’re investigating’ loop?

@AL0R @harleyf @ShopifySupport That’s brutal. When payouts get stuck like this it usually means something deeper in the risk system is flagging transactions, even if support can’t see it. Have you noticed any spike in disputes, refunds, or unusual order patterns recently?
