Nigerians are Nigeria's biggest problem

No government has revolutionized infrastructure development like PMP/PYO admin is doing. They have completed projects abandoned for 45 years, 23, 33, 17 years & so on. Why are Nigerians vandalizing & stealing from these infrastructures? 💔
