@AmazonHelp I have already been in a ridiculously long chat with customer service at Amazon. I had also called the Vienna GA post office to confirm. I can call the Reynolds post office as well, if you want. But according to Amazon customer service, they have no way to escalate "the matter"

Just finished except for fringe along the bottom (it has fringe on the sides.) Biggest thing I ever made, it is a tad wider than 54 inches and pretty much 75 inches long. Etsy pattern mosaic crochet "Fright Night" took me about a week or so. #Crochet #mosaiccrochet #Imadethis
