@jet2tweets Sat on tarmac waiting to fly back after 1st delayed, then herded on the plane. Told there is a small blockage. 20 mins late told it will be 10 mins. Now at 45 minutes and counting. Exactly the same happened on the way out. Avoiding you in the future.

@British_Airways Only when I absolutely have to. It wasnt a coffee spillage. It was literally coming out of the ceiling. Waste pipe from sink above had broken. Crew reported it but incompetent BA staff didnt sort it before the next flight.

Third trip in a row where @British_Airways have screwed up. 1st BA cancelled flights making trip impossible. 2nd coffee rained down on me when taking off and landing. 3rd 2.5 hr delay. #NeverFlyBA
