@ItsZopix @KaffiDesigns I've worked with many thumbnail artists, none have ever quoted near to this price for just taking your concept/photos and comping them together and doing colour work. If the work was once a week or less than I could see it being plausible.

@KaffiDesigns Your thumbnails are good, but they are only at the level I'd be expecting for someone who is trying to sell their work. To ask for that much you need to offer more, and to also make what you are offering clear in negotiations.

@TeamYoutube How come it takes longer for newer channels to get reviewed for a "limited" video. My channel that's been monetised for 4 years takes a day or so. Whereas my new channel, which is getting more views, is taking longer and has a message saying it could take 7 days.

And also why do I get this message "It looks like you might have made some mistakes on recent videos" After getting one video limited and then later approved, that message stays for the month or so it usually lasts, that doesn't seem right since my rating was accurate.

@TeamYouTube Why has all of a sudden the "under review" process of a limited video gone from taking at worst an hour to over 2 days for two of my recent videos? I also had a video "checking" for 12 hours yesterday (The video was 28 minutes)
