The attacks against me should be viewed through a political lens – this is their standard (despicable) playbook – but nothing will deter me from fighting for a good future and your right to free speech
I see people blaming the judges about the scheduling 👇.
BOTH sides signed this proposed scheduling order. If both sides say they are in agreement, it is extremely rare for a judge to not agree.
Well, now we know for sure that the "Clarification" part of Judge Netburn's ruling will NOT protect whatever the SEC is so concerned about.
The SEC is 100% in the "Hurt Locker" now and the only relief is to delay, delay, delay.
Which it sure is trying, with absolutely no shame.
Judge Netburn sticks to her guns on the DPP issue and re-re-re-Orders the production of the emails related to Hinman's speech.
The Order includes some uncharacteristic SEC chastising from our Judge (I'm mirroring her in stating that as politely as possible). :) (1/2)
A FEW OBSERVATIONS:
1) I was wrong before when I said there were 52 Drafts of the Hinman Speech.
The judge writes: “as evidenced by the 68 Drafts and associated commentary in the SEC’s privilege logs.”
68 drafts w/ lots of commentary. There’s a strong chance #XRP is mentioned!
This is not just a win for @Ripple and #XRPHolders, but for the judicial system. After the March 2021 hearing, I said we were lucky to get Judge Netburn. Some of you disagree, but I still believe it. The SEC is now officially in a hurt locker.
An absolutely hideous day for Bitcoin.
It continues to provide unwavering evidence of its bear market structure, in its bear flag.
We'll dive deep in tomorrow's video. But, anyone still thinking this thing is setting all time highs again... we're living in different worlds.
NEW (VICTORY) VIDEO!
Today we of course talk about the DE-NIAL of the SEC motion to strike fair notice defense but we also see what the MAIN issue in the case is teeing up to be and look at how the SEC expert report does on that issue.
HUUUUGE Week.
