Even the "Important Safety Instructions" provided advise against this. I've always been a Bose fan and would like to continue to be. Please help @BoseService was also contacted

@BoseService I love my Bose Soundsport Free! Unfortunately my volume automatically goes to 100% every time I try to use them. I've tried the Bose Connect app and the phone's volume. It always goes back to 100% I'd appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you. USA
