@grinnell555 @Clive_Bates @FDATobacco Amen

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

At what point in time do we just say “fuck it, you can sell drugs” vs having this plastered around?

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@LukeNiforatos Make it legal for Marijuana to be legal in all 50 states and this would solve itself.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

Never thought I’d see the day I could get a popsicle hard seltzer before @US_FDA approved one flavored bottle of e liquid. What a time to be alive

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@DrMakaryFDA What’s your real thoughts on the “real world” data of E-Cigarettes being the most successful product on helping people stop smoking? Oh never mind, it’s guns, badges, tanks, helicopters and photo ops on American companies. I’m going to miss you when you’re fired.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@LanceChurchill What a thumbnail, happy to be apart of it.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@GregTHR @whycherrywhy Can’t have a youth problem with a pouch when you have no OSH to give you the NYTS now can you Greg

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@HHSGov @US_FDA @TheJusticeDept Wait, what did you just say? I’ve watched you deny every American manufactures products of bottled eliquid and confuse it with Chinese products.I watched you raid and seize 95% American made eliquid last week. Who in the hell is doing your coms. This is an absolute embarrassment

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@DrMakaryFDA @NewsNation I’m so confused on the term Vape shop here. This is an absolute head shop.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@TobaccoMistro @nicotinecap I don’t read your post. I just replied to something I saw on my time line. Settle down chief.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@TobaccoMistro @nicotinecap Okay so that’s Louisiana now for synthetics. I misspoke as I thought Louisiana was for 8-8-16 as well. Some states are for pre 8/8/16 products.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@TobaccoMistro @nicotinecap Wrong, they’re synthetic filed pmtas from Charlie’s chalk dust that they purchased that are still under review.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@nicotinecap @TobaccoMistro The product is post 8/8/16 so any states with registry bills this product won’t be allowed. Louisiana, Oklahoma and so on with many more states to follow on this path.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@LanceChurchill Yep received the same letter today, will be challenging considering our current situation.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@DrMakaryFDA So…..Let’s talk about. It’s apparent you saw a massive issue with CDER regarding all of this. Guess what CDER and CTP have in common? The same buffoon named Janet Woodcock, she created these issues at CDER and created them at CTP when she became acting. You can fix this u know

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@grinnell555 @GregTHR I think I saw Brian on the stage

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@leachfortexas Did RJ or Altria buy you that suit? Just curious

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@DrMakaryFDA Why is it every single time a new person from CTP or FDA comes in I’m like finally a breath of fresh air. Then I see this, please do me a favor and get off your ass and out of that chair in DC and go actually speak to vapers. Go speak to the users of the industry you regulate.

[Todd Wages @Toddwages]

@charliekirk11 @NewYorkStateAG Imagine fighting this all the way to the Supreme Court like I have. FDA has made it next to impossible with creating defacto rule making for any flavored product to survive. All of our products are manufactured right here in the US while we get drowned out by Chinese disposables
