@ninja_padrino "Batticuore" in Shinjuku-Gyouen-Mae, and their sister restaurant, "Il Fornello" in Nakano, are fantastic. The owner-chef, Franco, alternates between the two. If I can catch him at one or the other, he always cooks up something special.
@OlDirtyGaijin It always bugged me when they changed to the new "more convenient" system of having all alien registration matters done at immigration. How is that more convenient than just going to your local city/town office?
