The primary goal of cervical screening tests is to prevent cervical cancer. Regular cervical screening tests such as Pap smears can find pre-cancerous changes on the cervix so they can be treated before they turn into cancer.

Partnerships like this are what make our work at CancerAware possible. Since 2019, AIICO Insurance has supported us in making breast cancer screening and treatment more accessible to women across #Nigeria.
Together, we are saving lives.

Breast cancer can show up in different ways.
A new lump.
Changes in size or shape.
Skin dimpling or puckering.
Nipple discharge or inversion.
These don’t always mean cancer but ensure you see a doctor if you notice anything unusual.
