@Halfords_uk awful service and so hard to get hold of anyone for information. Bike has been in for a service for three weeks and still not been touched. Can’t speak to the store directly and the call centre staff are no help whatsoever.

@AskNationwide I tried to book a phone appointment to open my daughter’s FlexOne account as she can’t open it online as she is not yet 13. No appointments available after 3:30 - team member suggested fetching her out of school early. Can you do any better than this? Thanks

@AskNationwide Hi. I’ve already done that and they are the ones who had no appointments. The staff member was really helpful but in the diaries’ of the staff involved in the pilot there are no late or Saturday appointments.
