Shocking experience from @virginmedia! Trying to charge me £100 to replace a plastic box! Old one is causing damp issues however been told they cannot replace the item until I pay £100.

@virginmedia Just stated that there was a service charge of £100. This was to cover the cost of the box and a technician to attend.
