Partly amused & party frustrated. Ordered an Advent Calendar from @Debenhams which has taken 11 days to process. But has been despatched today via 7-10 days delivery. Yet we start to open our advent calendars on Saturday! No wonder people revert to Amazon. #fail#Advent
Rather disappointed with @networkrail this evening at Newport (South Wales) station. Due to delays my Under-18 son wasn't able to make his connection. He's now due to arrive at 5am. He spoke to station staff, who were totally disinterested. #dutyofcare#safeguarding

Well, utterly shocking service by @UberEats and their customer service being very rude. Cancelled UberOne and deleted Uber account. I donโt do poor service. Time to support local taxis when travelling with work, and maybe cook some food too!!
Currently in the middle of my second EV charger install by @OctopusEnergy . Entire process is so slick and painless, from the ordering through to the pre-installation call from the engineer, to the actual install. Thank you Scott and Mel. ๐

Awful service @HALLIWELLJONES Warrington today. Niece is desperate to buy a Mini. Told she could test drive and then after hour to get there and she canโt. Zero flexibility to arrange temporary insurance for an 18yr old.
@tony_sutton@MooresDirect Just under 5 years now. They started deteriorating in 12 months. But within our estate, neither Moores nor the developer would take ownership of the issue.
Moores warranty is 2 years, which is shocking for a kitchen costing thousands.
I'd urge anyone looking to replace their #kitchen to seriously avoid @MooresDirect the quality of the product has been shocking. The quality of customer service has been even worse!
@SiRound I hear v1.14 through to v1.18 is a little buggy at times. Symptoms include lag, lack of response, crashing, and unpredictable output. Performance enhancements from v1.20 onwards. Sadly thereโs no quick upgrade route!
@AverageDadLive Such a shame youโve got to move. Sickening really. I recall seeing the photos of you being so excited by the streaming room. My advice, donโt post anything that shows the outside of the house or even the area. I know you shouldnโt have to bottle up excitement.
