Months of work and collaboration with so many people has gone into this 68 page whitepaper with @PandaScore
And I gotta say it's absolutely the best piece of work I've done to date
My uni thesis was shorter and I wrote that in 11 months – so at least I can write faster now!
💡ESPORTS DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A STEP INTO THE DARK 💡

as @VinceRugari perfectly put it last week: other sports ask for funding and they get it, football asks for funding and other sports get it.

Kids are straight up gambling using Roblox, not through the game itself but third-party sites where they link their account.
These sites have no licenses, no checks, no regulation and are marketing to children through underage content creators.

@BillyStudholme Unless you're in a unionised sector/have a CBA, a high performer will still be able to demand compensation that reflects that. If the issue is it's not as high as it would've been without transparency, that's just expecting others to give up their bargaining power for you
