Raqcoin's impressive features:
1. A combined Rainbow and UOV algorithm for the shortest signatures: Rainbow (64 bytes) and UOV (80 bytes), unique in the crypto world.

There are already two historical analogues that describe how the development of Quantum Computers will play out.
Development of CRQCs today and their use will likely resemble a combination of the "Manhattan" project and project "Ultra".
CRQCs are being developed under a veil of secrecy, likely top Secret classification, comparable to the Manhattan project, which developed the first atomic bomb. This is due to the fact that it could easily be argued that intelligence gathering is more important than money, known today as fiat, which can be printed into obscurity.
CRQC usage will likely resemble project Ultra, in which Alan Turing and his associates cracked the Enigma machine, and used it strategically and covertly enough to help end the war, but also in such a way that its use was not immediately discoverable.
The financial sector and/or blockchain "probably" won't be the immediate targets. This is due to the fact that it could easily be argued that intelligence gathering is more important than money, known today as fiat, which can be printed into obscurity.
Thus, when a CRQC does exist, or QDay as it is called, you won't even know. This is also backed up by the fact that a #Bitcoin transaction or UTXO generated by a CRQC looks cryptographically identical to one generated by a user.
Ironically, a little known fact is that Turing called the machine that broke Enigma, "The Bombe".

I bet when you look at that nice, mainstream VPN icon on your phone, you think your data is locked down. Well, I'm here to tell you all you've been doing is; take your entire internet history from your local provider and hand it straight to a centralized corporation.
The minute a government agency drops a subpoena on their desk, your logs are gone. That whole model is completely broken and runs entirely on blind trust.
True anonymity, on the other hand, requires an architecture where data collection is mathematically & technically impossible. And that is the exact standard @KelvpnNetwork is executing. It is a fully decentralized, quantum resistant VPN built natively right inside the @cellframenet ecosystem.
Instead of pushing your traffic through some corporate server farm, your connection gets distributed across an independent network of validator nodes worldwide. There is absolutely no central entity to coerce and no single point of failure to shut down or monitor.
They take the security standard even higher by integrating CRYSTALS Dilithium and Kyber 512 encryption. Intelligence agencies are already harvesting encrypted internet traffic at scale, just sitting on it until quantum computers get powerful enough to break it open. If you are using legacy encryption today, your private communications are basically already compromised for tomorrow. And that's where KelVPN comes in, as they help secure your traffic against that exact harvest right now.
Also, because it is a community driven network, you are not just stuck consuming the service. Anyone can spin up a node, provide privacy routing, and earn $KEL tokens for their bandwidth. This is privacy enforced by real decentralized infrastructure instead of empty corporate promises.

Whatever you do, stop trusting third parties with your digital footprint.👌🏻🫶🏻

This is a huge problem! In the future, government-backed investments like this will only become more common. Bitcoin should immediately transition to quantum resistance!
⚠️ALERT: FT reports that the crypto industry is now bracing for quantum computing threat.
Here's the brutal truth nobody in CT wants to hear:
Only ~15 crypto projects on Earth are seriously building for quantum.
If your favorite coin isn't one of them, you're holding a wallet with a death clock.
The list 👇
PROTOCOL-NATIVE QUANTUM RESISTANT (mainnet, today):

🔶 Mochimo (WOTS+, audited by Dr. Hülsing)
🔷 xx Network (David Chaum, PQ BFT consensus)
🔶 Nexus (FALCON + Signature Chains)
PQC LIVE IN PRODUCTION (partial):
🔷 Algorand — Falcon state proofs since 2022, first Falcon mainnet tx Nov 2025 (consensus still Ed25519)
🔶 Hedera — SEALSQ QS7001 chip, shipped Nov 2025
ACTIVELY IMPLEMENTING (testnet):

🔶 Tron — QuantumShield hybrid signatures on testnet
🔷 Circle's Arc — USDC-native L1, opt-in Dilithium + Falcon at mainnet (2026)
ROADMAP ONLY (still vulnerable today):
🔷 Bitcoin — BIP-360 + BIP-361 (7-year migration)
🔶 Ethereum — $2M PQ team, pq.ethereum .org, 2029 target
🔷 Cardano — IO Research "Vision 2026: Post Quantum Secure" proposal

Not listed = not building = your funds, eventually someone else's.
Harvest now, decrypt later.
My concern is timing, resources and surprises.
Timing: Google and Cloudflare have both said that a full migration to PQC needs to be completed by 2029. BIP361 stated 2030 but it should be 2028, inclusive.
Resources: 3 quantum architectures are now capable of reusing qubits. PSIQuantum(2024), Oratomic (2026) and IonQ (claimed 2026) have demonstrated (or claimed) qubit reuse. The ability to execute while generating new qubits means that the number of physical qubits required is 10k, not 500k or 20 million. Oratomic currently has 6100, but each key break would take 3+ days. Also, the qubit reuse reintroduces a NISQ era measurement called "Quantum Volume" where the error rate is the main fundamental limit. Ancillary qubits can act as spare tires, correcting or avoiding errors.
Surprises happen when secrets are kept. PSI Quantum has 4 working quantum computers but they did not reveal the size of any of them. The 4th quantum computer is dozens of solid steel fridges sunk into the floor, could be anywhere between 5k-200k qubits. Could be enough to break ECC256. They are apparently operating under govt contract and secrecy. Their timeline to create a 1 million qubit quantum computer is January 2028, so we have 6 months left to deploy PQC Bitcoin and then 1 year for migration.
