Just vote on who you think had the best athletic achievement of July and RT this post.
Is it @GoSydGo, @JakeSWightman, @mondohoss600 or @Evaglobal01?
@AlgoFoundation and community there is an account @algorandFinance sending dodgy looking 'airdrops' of free ALGOs to people and am sure it's suss. Have reported and blocked but thought I'd let you guys and community know
@himom25@cameron_dunn01@Cathal_Dennehy Yeah but sub 6 when your marathon pace is 4:45 is still easy... equivalent to say a 3 hour marathoner getting to about 8:15-8:30
@Lydiardsboys Funny isn't it, have these periods but if you keep getting out there it comes back. I'd felt in a bit of a rut for a few months but I've had a few runs recently where its started to feel better, not necessary quicker sessions but its coming back...
@Lydiardsboys Completely agree with this! You want to be able to race well not just hit pace in sessions, then be too tired come race days. I tend to go for 'effort' not pace now in training.
@Lydiardsboys Definitely something I have learned over the years. No point going out for no reason. I have an aim for each run now; speed, stamina, aerobic base, recovry etc. I've started learning there are specific targets within each general aim too so am work in process but learning!
Nothing but pride for the England lads tonight, great effort all tournament and brought country together. Got to say I think the better side on the night won. Hope the country doesn't jump on the young lads that missed as massive character for stepping forward 🏴🏴🏴 #ThreeLions
