Spain just released a man police caught in the act of r*ping a 22-year-old woman on Valencia’s Malvarrosa beach.

27-year-old illegal Moroccan construction worker. Dawn. He tore her dress off, covered her mouth, and r*ped her on the sand.

Four officers arrived while it was still happening. He ran. They caught him. He punched an officer in the face hard enough to send him to the hospital.

The victim gave a statement at the hospital.
Monday the judge let him walk because she hadn’t been located to “ratify” a formal complaint in court.

Caught mid-r*pe. Walking free the next day.
That is not a technicality. That is a system that treats a screaming woman on a public beach as optional paperwork.

Spain should be ashamed. Every woman in Valencia should be furious.

Slightly tangential but I believe a fair amount of incidents where black people think they’ve been the victims of racism are them entering spaces where there are specific rules which they do not understand and therefore unknowingly break.

Spectators are expected to be quiet at tennis matches. Someone who hasn’t grown up attending or watching such events wouldn’t know this. I’ve definitely broken unspoken rules before when entering new spaces. It’s a huge part of class dynamics in Britain.

But black people, and to some extent other minority groups, are taught to perceive criticisms of their behaviour as racism. The reality is that different spaces have different expectations of behaviour and you can’t act the same way everywhere. No group appreciates it when you enter their space and don’t conform to their norms.

A Restore Britain Government will ensure that every single NHS staff member speaks fluent English.

We are currently in the ludicrous and dangerous position of patient-facing staff being unable to string a sentence together - this is not just struggling to understand the accent, these are people entirely unable to speak English.

That is NOT acceptable.

I get complaint after complaint from constituents, yet the NHS refuses to accept the problem.

It's all over the country.

Patients feel unable to speak out for fear of being labelled a racist by hospital staff. Especially women who are often being treated in a very private way by foreign men who do not even speak our language.

It's wrong, and we should have the courage to say so.

If you can't speak English, you should not be working in a hospital. In fact, you shouldn't be living in England.

Jerry Sowood.
The story of this man is FAR more disturbing than the media are being honest about. Including ‘our’ highly pro-immigration ABC.
Sowood, 27, from Sunshine West, is now in custody and facing multiple charges from his alleged attack on a mother and her 10-year-old son, in Melbourne’s CBD.
Reportedly born in Liberia, West Africa, the facts that have been confirmed about him are becoming more and more disturbing.
Sowood has the online persona as an aspiring rapper and self-described investor.
On https://t.co/I3Ic8R8wsm, he described himself as an entrepreneur, a game developer, someone ‘obsessed with learning’ and a ‘nomad’ who spends his time monitoring investments.
That sounds ordinary enough.
So then I look deeper.
In social-media material attributed to Sowood, he wrote that humanity would never learn the meaning of humanity without an ‘equal amount of bloodshed’. What does that mean?
In his rap material, he tells people they need to learn to be ‘savage’.
Again Jerry, please explain?
To be clear, Rap lyrics are not criminal evidence, and angry words don’t prove criminal intent.
But context matters, particularly when those words are being examined alongside what police allege happened next.
And then the events of this Tuesday.

Police allege Sowood randomly approached this 10-year-old boy outside Victoria Police headquarters in the city, punched him, and then attacked the boy’s mother with scissors when she intervened.
They did not know him.
The mother was just trying to protect her son.
The family had travelled from Phillip Island to the CBD, because the boy has been battling a brain tumour, and needed to be in town for medical treatment.
For those of you who know my own lengthy campaign against this same demon, you’ll understand how enraged I feel at this moment, about Sowood’s attack on this 10 year old .
Several strangers ultimately had to physically restrain Sowood until police arrived.
Under a citizens arrest.
To these men who stepped in, the community owes you a debt of gratitude.
You saw a mother and child in danger and you acted.
I wish only strength and honour to each of you.

Then came his court appearance.
This is where the man behind the headlines becomes even harder to comprehend.

Rather than keeping his mouth shut, Sowood reportedly tells the court:
‘I punched the kid in the head, I took the scissors and I stabbed the woman in the head.’
When the magistrate attempts to stop him from going into further detail, Sowood reportedly replied:
‘There’s no need to hide it.’
Then came the sentence that to me is the most disturbing of all:
‘At least they’re both still breathing, so I kept my humanity intact.’
Think about the perverseness of the moral universe that comment came from.
This man is accused of attacking a child and mum, and his own stated benchmark for having retained his ‘humanity’ - was that neither victim died.
Pathetic.
Sowood also told the court he had been ‘in a mental state of mind’ when he allegedly did what he did.
Fine.
That is something the court will ultimately have to assess, along with every other relevant piece of evidence.
A claimed mental state must not however be transformed into an excuse for attacking innocent people.
There are other facts we should flag.
Jerry Sowood also seems to have been listed for appearances in the Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on a separate matter(s).

Separate to this, Police confirmed Sowood was previously known to authorities in Victoria, NSW and Western Australia.
One can only begin to ponder about the resources we have wasted on this individual.
As a community, we are perfectly entitled to look hard at the the behaviour police allege he displayed, his extraordinary comments in court, and the trail of facts now emerging around him.
I am so sorry for how hard this 10 year olds journey has become.

This 77-year-old grandmother FOUGHT.

The suspect had scratches all over his body from her fighting for her life and somehow, she got free, ran outside without any clothes, screaming for help.

Detectives found the suspect nearby, in a home with two other men.

His name is Axel Antonio Espinal Herrera.

He's 24 years old and he is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. ICE has now placed a detainer on him.

Pray for this elderly woman today, I cannot imagine what she's going through.
