@DrProudman @BradfemlyWalsh By ‘seemingly can argue’, do you mean run it as a defence at trial? If so, you are wrong. That is not a defence. Consent and/or reasonable belief in consent is a defence. The complainant being dressed a certain way is not relevant to that defence. A victim cannot ‘deserve it’.

Need it be made any clearer. @BrandonLewis may wish to read this. It has all the data. 3 judges in Courts at Bristol, Isleworth and now Leicester have refused to extend Custody Time Limits in cases that have not had their trials within the time limit.
