As our Operations Manager, Trobbo is the one making sure the right people, equipment and jobs all come together at the right time. From coordinating what’s in the field to keeping projects on track and customers looked after, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes—and Trobbo is right in the middle of it.

Calm under pressure, practical, and always focused on finding solutions, he’s the kind of person every team needs. Whether he’s planning the next install, solving a last-minute challenge, or helping the crew out in the field, Trobbo’s commitment to getting the job done right makes a huge difference every day.

First moisture probe in for the 25/26 cotton season! The plants are steaming along here at Trangie NSW, in the Macquarie valley.

Most late-September to early-October sown paddocks are now ready for a probe, with the first true leaves just starting to emerge across the region.
