@JetPackGalileo Angry responses to this aside, I do agree that leaving your feet makes it more challenging to change directions. I think the usefulness of the jump is to maximize your catching range -- if Caleb throws it high, you've still got a shot at it.

@chamath NYC is the greatest city in the world because of its people. And this is what the vast majority of the people want. Your belief in a singular and very prescriptive “solution” for how we achieve progress and prosperity as a nation is very narrow minded.
