@bookingcom Customer service is shocking. Shamefully allowing misleading and deceitful advertising on their site. Booked a night for my wife and daughters in malaga. Informed by email that over 35s only for ALL people. Tried to cancel within 20 mins of booking. No refund and out of pocket.

@youfibre_status hi. Problems since last night. Phone constantly engaged. Service call cancelled. What is going on?

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@RoyalMail waiting on a parcel for before 1pm delivery. Received email at 2.25pm stating we weren't in. Ring doorbell has no attempt at delivery. 4 of us in house. Poor show royal mail

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@M_daizen_1020 No apology required. You have been and continue to be brilliant for the team. You were getting kicked all night.

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@bookingcom Hi got a response saying all guests over 35 was in the "fine print". This clearly not clear and therefore is unfair. @bookingcom don't seem to care that this is unfair conditions. Feel scammed. Called within 20mins of booking and still don't care

@bookingcom Hi. Thanks for contacting me. Have sent a dm. Feel scammed by this site/host. Ruined my wife and daughters weekend away. Would appreciate if you could investigate properly

@CQN I think Willie is playing a blinder here. Transparency the key to "performance improvement". Precedent has been set. Let's see if it continues.

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@CQN Easy to delegate to a competent organisation. Why not?

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@Teamgrassroots_ So many boys stop playing at 12-14 because they get disillusioned. There is a place for elite football development but for 99.9% it is about development socially, fitness and friendship. Too many "coaches" trying to live their dreams through the boys teams.

@CelticEnded2iar It's actually going to the Kelvingrove gallery on display.

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@jamesdoleman @BylineTimes James have enjoyed your comments for a number of years. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Beautifully written as always

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@spfl @EuropaLeague I'm sure they would like Celtic unfortunately that is not possible

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@Terrytomkins1 @jamesdoleman @ronague I think that if I was in hospital I would probably die of starvation. How can anybody eat that?

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@plyons45 Homage to Abott and Costello " who's on first"

[Tom Shaw @TomShaw68]

@ElonMuskAOC Going down?
