@Indyfordfan@pugsandco The average full time salary in northern Indiana is $60,000. I don’t see those thousands lining up to pay $500 a ticket. There’s a reason the majority of season ticket holders live in northern suburbs of Illinois
@Patrick14206369@clayharbs82 Look at So-Fi and its $15 million tax bill. It’s a business and the right business move is Indiana. Now if they punted it to AH and that village got $20-25 million for its schools through special taxing body and the state got tens of of millions from sales tax everyone wins.
@Chicago_NFL@ChiCity3451 Won’t need them if the somehow. blameless republicans who voted against come on board and they vote to pass it to Arlington Heights. There was no excuse to not to that and both parties failed.
@brendenmoore13@chelseamorgomez@INCapChronicle Yes there’s the deal. It started with not giving billionaires tax breaks. It ended with billionaires leaving and taking their team and tax revenue.
And now the same people are hating the state for not giving tax breaks.
Ironically most people just want something for nothing.
@dennycubman@barstoolchicago So we don’t blame all the republicans who also voted it down - because of the Marxists policies? Pretty confusing who to blame and for what reason. Tax breaks. No tax breaks. Do people even know what they are pissed about politically?
