Now's the time to switch to an MP3 player.
When my Sony 300-disc Carousel CD player went south, I spent DAYS converting the discs to MP3 files. Halfway through, I gave up. Found a website that sells single songs for 15¢ , or entire discs for $1.20. My time was worth more than that.

@talledcombs I was a truck mechanic in my early life. Home had no shower. The bath water always looked like the drain oil at Jiffy Lube.
When I remodeled the bathroom, I swore never to take a bath again.
