The land acquisition programme on Phase 2a will be halted immediately.
Any property/land that is no longer required for HS2 will be sold and a programme is being developed to do this.

But I haven't heard a single soul actually say that unit price on these tweets, on the radio, or during speeches. Cap is 34p/kWh for leccy, and 10.3p/kWh for gas.
