@TheAA_UK I’ve gone to @TheRAC_UK because you couldn’t renew my breakdown cover. Looks like the same thing is happening with my utterly mundane car insurance. Why is your IT so hopeless?
@TheAA_UK What a terrible process your breakdown renewal has been. I tried to renew two weeks ago but you didn’t recognise me and put the price up. Now you remember me again and are offering a discount by mail. I don’t trust a company that does that. Gone to RAC.

@KiwiEV It feels like Microsoft bought it and then strangled it. Brilliant to talk with my overseas family and then suddenly it can’t function without a Microsoft ID, is constantly confused by a company laptop and just sucked the utility out.
