@VirginAtlantic We have been overcharged for flights and because of the recent changes to reward seat system we can’t discuss this and get it sorted. Nearly 5 hours on hold and I’ve had to hang up. Appreciate it’s a busy time, but I think VA should be calling people back!

Returned a faulty product purchased through @AmazonUK to the manufacturer, who have then sent Amazon the refund money. @AmazonUK refusing to accept that they need to refund me is some of the worst #Customerservice I’ve experienced! No wonder Jeff Bezos is so loaded 🤦🏻♂️

@tescomobile please can someone help! Our monthly sim is in a router rather than a phone! To log into our online account we enter the email and password and then a text is sent to the sim with a code meaning we can then log in! As the sim is in a router we can’t see the text! 1/2
