@AskPlayStation Ok done. Also, maybe worth noting that the save game shows up as “Non-installed Game or App” when I click on it in the Download to Console Storage menu.

@AskPlayStation hi, I have a PS5 and trying to load my save game for Horizon Zero Dawn (original standard edition) in the Complete Edition on the PS5... but it doesn’t seem to be showing up? Can someone please help?

@AskPlayStation No, it just doesn’t show up when I start the game. I only have an option for a new game. I successfully transferred all of my PS4 save games when I got the new console. Is it because the game on the PS5 is complete edition, and when I played on PS4 it was the standard edition?

@Usi_97 @CharlesCritch @malehumangeek @plon71 Well, mine actually never said refunded, it said delivered and handed to resident and that was it until yesterday when it said it was on the way. I think they’ve dealt with everyone’s differently!

@malehumangeek @plon71 2/2 which is what happened before. CS were clueless, so I tracked him down on my bike & intercepted him. He blamed the software... but something wasn’t right. Good end result, but track them like a hawk until you have it! I’m convinced it would’ve been stolen again #amazonps5scam

@malehumangeek @plon71 1/2 Ok... so... The replacement has now successfully arrived! BUT, exactly the same thing happened as before, I was next and then it said “now a few more stops before it gets delivered...” and he was driving all around where I live, but not my actual road.... #amazonps5scam

@JenMap5 It’s all so haphazard. The tracking page now says “Package has shipped”, and then when you go into the order page it says it may be lost...
