When you use byonic Protein FDR cut off and report glycopeptides you end up with 50 000+ glycopeptides across a 100 samples, with <100 glycopeptides detected in 25 or more samples. Looks like 70+% glycopeptide FDR

@IainWil92988866 I think in the pGlyco case blue square is a HexNAc and green circle is a Hex? This is especially apparent in the annotation of their O-glycan spectra. Unfortunate visualisation choice?

@UCDProteomics @michaelsteidel1 We had trace Fe contaminant in one of the bottles. We found out that good chunk of the ACN across different brands come from one big lot ($$ difference is basically brand name upsell)
