@Kotyjo I would say no. Our RM does a pretty good job. Council is responsible, small dedicated staff.
We have a farm in Alberta as well. The county there is much larger, huge staff and if roads are any indication nowhere near as good as the RM.

@kowalchukfarms1 @YoungBuckFarms We had a roof over ours for 30 years. Condensation isn't really a problem, it's a regular peaked roof.
Water drips off the eaves 1.5' on each side.
