Ever walked off the pitch, sat in the car, and thought...

"That session was rubbish"

Maybe YOU...
↳ Forgot to rotate a player.
↳ Shouted instructions that were unclear.
↳ Delivered feedback that was too long for the players to remember.

In the moment, it can feel like failure (big time!).

BUT let’s pause.

3 years from now, you’ll look back and realise those decisions weren’t failure → they were growth in action.

Every misstep adds another layer to your experience.

Those moments when you cringe?

That’s the sound of progress.

The coach YOU are becoming owes everything to the coach you are right now— flaws, frustrations, and all.

Next time you catch yourself thinking

"Why did I do that?", remember:

1. You are still in the game, learning every day.

2. The gap between where you are and where you want to be is closing.

3. Experience is the best teacher...AND you’re earning yours with every rep.

Remember.
