@HMRCgovuk (2/2)

- no manager available
- can’t request a callback as can’t pass security (as have no UTR 🤦🏼‍♂️)
- can’t drive anywhere to collect
- can’t escalate in any way
- told I have to wait for post - despite this being the third time.

This can’t be possible? Surely?

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@HMRCgovuk (1/2)appalling - in need of urgent help. New tech startup unable to onboard customers without VAT number. No UTR despite three requests.

Requested AGAIN 10 days ago - still nothing.

Phone call in - obnoxious, rude staff confirm they have no record of request.

@elladwx Best thing I ever did. Adored the job but wouldn’t exchange this freedom for anything! Congratulations 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

Therefore, I really do encourage the viewing of the captured video which shows very clearly what has occurred. The public will form their own opinion whilst @metpoliceuk sit on their hands and discuss optics and internal politics.

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@DanielRIvey From what I’ve seen, @metpoliceuk have done nothing to show support for the officers involved all the while misleading headlines are emerging. Will the job ever learn? 🤦🏼‍♂️

@skytv , anything? Still no response 🤔🤔🤔

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@skytv, I’ve got this dreadful debt collection agency chasing me for a fine despite all of my equipment being returned to you. You’ve not responded to any of my emails. Any ideas what I need to do to get a response from you?

@Silverstone247 - feeling festive. About to go on for our lap. The Tompkinsons and Salters do Silverstone (in convoy) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sadly, whenever we try and complain to @Redrow about them forcing us to pay fees, their legal team threaten us with even more fees. Then when we raise attention to the issue on Twitter, rather than resolving things, they block us. #30DaysWild #redrowcompetition

#30DaysWild #redrowcompetition Here is a beautiful butterfly enjoying our Redrow estate 3 years on. I had to draw the butterfly on naturally because most of the wildlife avoid us. Residents here are delighted to see @Redrow really getting behind wildlife / open spaces.

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@Redrow Thanks Hannah. But your own CEO doesn’t even respond to complaints. Middle Management just obfuscate and avoid - I can’t see what good another customer service email address will do. It’s for enforcement / legal action to bring Redrow into line. I’m just here to raise awareness👍🏻

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@Redrow @Redrow, I feel out of fairness, that I need to let you know I’ve still or received any email from Reka. Could you let her know? Thanks

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@CraigPurcell @aSandraKennelly @Redrow You mean all of those stones and weeds weren’t on the original plan? 🤔🤔🤔

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

Be Warned! This is what you pay for living on a @Redrow development. 3 years on and we are forced to pay maintenance fees for this. @redrow wash their hands and we are forced to push the local council to begin enforcement proceedings. DO NOT BUY from this scandalous company.

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

Agreed. There’s a massive difference between what Redrow design and what they actually deliver. We are then forced to take legal action. It’s offensive to watch them spout all their rhetoric about beautiful open spaces on social media. DO NOT fall for their lies.

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@Redrow We tried complaining to Directors of the Management company. But they are the same Directors as those in Redrow and they just ignore every single email that’s sent to them. We now, 3 years on have to push the council to take formal enforcement action against @redrow. Appalling!

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@Redrow …because we all know that the place wouldn’t look like a bomb site if Redrow were still trying to sell houses. But now you have our money, instantly we don’t matter anymore. OVER 3 YEARS HANNAH!!!!

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@CraigPurcell @Redrow Agreed. @redrow have been looking into the matter for many months. The outcome of all of their ‘looking into the matter’ is that they decided they will still rip us off for maintenance fees despite the area being a complete disgrace that the council will not adopt.

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@Redrow I have many more pictures if you’d like to see them. This isn’t an accident that’s slipped through the cracks. Redrow and their counterparts have deliberately sought to do this.

It’s driven by greed

[Joe Tompkinson @TompkinsonJoe]

@Redrow Hi Hannah, guessing you aren’t too aware of what’s going on. Site visits just generally consist of Redrow blaming Vistry / Gateway and vice versa. This one will be no different. Redrow will continue to hand over land of an appalling quality and say it’s complete.
