@Kia First gen Telluride owner here Huge fan, amazing product. It is the gold standard for Midsize Family SUV, imo. As the go to choice for many families, I think it is very important that a bench second row seat is made available for all or most trims.

I ordered a living room set about 1.5 months ago. It was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks ago and kept getting pushed back every time. Reached out to inquire and this is what I get. I guess the agent doesn't need to respond if it's not there.
No customer value.
