Hey @rohan thank you for the latest catalogue. The packaging is terrible though! Corn Starch wrapping isn’t that much better than plastic in many situations. Please Google it. Use a paper envelope or email the catalogue as a .pdf #waronwaste Thanks.
@Tesla@TeslaOwnersUK they would find the part and call back. No call! Phoned many times today answered twice by someone in Holland who told me to try booking it into Dublin! That’s in a different country!!! How do I get it fixed? There’s nowhere to call in UK or anyone to help!
@Tesla@TeslaOwnersUK What do I do? £105,000 for a car that I can’t get fixed anywhere! Heater and Regenerative Breaking have stopped working. Used app, earliest spot 9th Jan 2020. Phoned and after a long wait got through to someone who promised 1/2
She has nothing and £25 per day compensation doesn’t go far in Iceland! @easyjet Case ref: KEFU211744. You know where it is as your system and the airport system track the cases. Really disappointed.
Come on @easyjet dream roadtrip around Iceland holiday to celebrate my lovely wife’s birthday ruined by you not only losing her case but doing absolutly nothing about finding it. Online report not changed since reporting it hadnt’ arrived. 1/2
Good morning @Tesla. Is there any plan to add the ability of closing all the windows on my Model X when I lock the car from the remote. For the second time a window has been left down and it’s rained during the night! Standard feature on most modern cars now. 🚙
Morning @RSDUK Any idea why so many independent record shops aren’t doing record store day this year. There seems to be fewer not taking part when it was designed to support them. I’ve always been a big supporter but the fewer stores the longer the queues the less people buy! :-(
@pjm1kbw@DaliLightMan@fhconsultltd @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech@UKSupremeCourt It’s also not fair on ex spouses that there is uncertainty as to whether the payments could change and may or may not stop at ‘some’ point. I’m really not confident anything will change for many years with the UK have many other things to deal with. :-(
@pjm1kbw@DaliLightMan@fhconsultltd @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech@UKSupremeCourt way surely. Further orders cost and either party can make a claim for change at any time. I’m self employed and ideally could go to court every month based on my earnings for that month previously. The new bill is so much better for all involved to move on and plan accordingly.
@pjm1kbw@DaliLightMan@fhconsultltd @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech@UKSupremeCourt The thing is what did this cost in time and money and what happens in a case like this when circumstances change again in say 6 months. You never actually get ‘divorced’ and every day it’s in your thoughts. Clean break, shared fairly with 5 years payment should be the only 1/2
@pjm1kbw@fhconsultltd@DaliLightMan @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech or could borrow. There is NO incentive for someone receiving a large monthly guaranteed inflation proofed income to make an effort. There is no incentive for them to remarry and share ongoing costs and I have no idea if it’s even worth pursuing a further order for fear it 3/4
@pjm1kbw@fhconsultltd@DaliLightMan @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech and more ongoing costs to change the order as circumstances change is wrong and only benefits legal teams. If I were to come to you as my Barrister to have an order changed, you would need time to review the case and time to represent me, that would cost far more than I have 2/4
@pjm1kbw@fhconsultltd@DaliLightMan @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech It maybe very limited and they may choose to keep it very limited is my point. I don’t disagree with supporting an ex and the children. For all parties a fixed term is the way forward. If like me you have a large spousal maintenance order, the very fact that there are costs,1/4
@pjm1kbw@DaliLightMan @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech *throw! Lol As our family grew and my ex stayed at home, I was riven to provide what was needed. In divorce BOTH parties should be driven to provide. Shared custody and fixed term orders. Maybe mine will be changed, maybe my new wife’s income will be included? Uncertainty sucks!
@pjm1kbw@DaliLightMan @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech If you through enough money at a legal team you have a better chance. As with high profile speeding cases etc, if you can afford ‘Mr Loophole’ you’ll be ok. I don’t borrow as much as my ex and her team did everything for ‘the win’. 1/2
@pjm1kbw@DaliLightMan @marilynstowe @FamilyLawBar@BaronessDeech ....but what if the other party doesn’t and won’t mediate. You have to find the money and time to prove it, while they are trying to prove they can’t. All the while the legal teams earn and my children suffer financially! One barrister will work hard to prove they can earn 1/2
