@GemmalipsGemma 1 - Hi Gemma, I'm sorry for the delay you've experienced and the lack of contact. This isn't our normal level of service at all. There's has been a massive issue with HP 304 orders across the industry. HP have let us down on 2 occasions with stock due firstly....
@caloskie Hi Caleb, more often than not it's the drum unit that causes this kind of issue, but a technician probably would have told you if it was. Try to update the printer firmware and see if that fixes the issue. There are also some tips here:
