I've recently started a group in #Dover and #Deal for the local disabled community. The events promote #accessibility, #creativity, and give participants the opportunity to socialise. Watch this space for more information, and to find out about our online programme!

@Tanni_GT I definitely would! It's so important to have a space to share the struggles we face every day. I've had so many issues that I can't travel without someone being with me now. #timeforchange#maketravelmoreaccessible
It's been a while #Twitter but I'm back. I've been doing lots of accessible walks with @wildwithwheels to get me outside and this week I am in #GreatYarmouth. I forget how much I love this planet🌍
Excited but a bit stressed about going to see @CoreyTaylorRock play at @LondonPalladium with @DeanGrist. I am disabled and it seems where we're sitting has more than just 'a few' steps. I spoke to a really rude and unhelpful man at the Palladium. He really made me feel rubbish!
To mark #earthovershootday I'm sharing an excerpt of an @ellen_renton poem written for @BITC@COP26
And when will we understand
that what we have is enough,
that all we need is in front of us
and your decisions are surgical instruments
you could save us with the right ones.
Such a powerful video from @stephenfry. It hit me straight in the feels. #ClimateChange is something that is important to me, and the effects #FossilFuel usage has on our planet, affects us all! https://t.co/v4BDMnyybi
It's #plasticfreejuly which means @WildMargate and I have been as plastic free as possible for 4 years. But we need a bigger change. Through @Corelateuk I'm joining forces with @CleanRise to start the push for a Plastic Free #Thanet - we need your help! https://t.co/5fTf4qwfxV
For my #Mum. It's the second #MothersDay without you, and it feels like forever. I hope wherever your essence is, you're sitting in the garden with a cup of tea and Joe (our childhood dog).

We probably don’t know how many people in our office are neurodivergent. Unless they choose to tell us, maybe we don’t need to know. But that doesn’t mean we can’t provide a space where everyone feels welcome.
Neurodivergents, we've got your back.
#NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek
As it's #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek and I have #ADHD, I thought I'd re-share my video. It's a monologue I wrote about living with ADHD and my other disabilities. It was a first for me, so please be kind https://t.co/CWL7qqx5AS
Building myself a portfolio in order to apply for uni. I didn't quite realise how much I'd actually done through my life until this point. I'm surprisingly proud 🥳 #thursdayvibes#ThrowbackThursdays
@JamieGiberti Sadly, they didn't have any disabled tickets left, but I've now got balcony ones. We've got an aisle seat and a few steps to conquer, but that should be okay. Why is it so hard to gig with a disability?
I'm really sad because I can't get disabled tickets for my fav band, @bfsrocks@jaret2113 in Bexhill in April. There are too many steps for a balcony seat. Ah, the struggles of being #disabled! Here's a photo from their last gig I saw for appreciation, though 🤘🏻
