1/ Behind the good news that school teachers will get a well-deserved 5.5% pay rise is yet another example of the FE sector being overlooked: Despite being a compulsory part of our education system serving >600,000 young people, this pay rise does not extend to FE teachers.

Thanks to everyone we spoke to at @AELPUK's Maths and English Conference. We are now offering 10% off on our Apprenticeships Tuition Programme for AELP members wanting to support learners to secure the English/maths skills they need to pass FSQ L2 and thrive on an apprenticeship.
