@get_further The best part of working for @get_further is knowing that all the work we do helps unlock a world of possibilities! It's fantastic to hear about all the amazing things students are going on to next.
1/ Behind the good news that school teachers will get a well-deserved 5.5% pay rise is yet another example of the FE sector being overlooked: Despite being a compulsory part of our education system serving >600,000 young people, this pay rise does not extend to FE teachers.
🏢I'm looking forward to working with both our existing and new colleges that we have lined up for September 2024.
📞There's just a few weeks left to partner with us in September. Book in a call using the link below to find out more about how we can work together.

🤝 Let's work together to support those who need it most
A great article by LibDem Spokesperson for Education, @munirawilson, calling for tutoring to become a permanent fixture of our education system.
📢 “Tutoring will return to being the preserve of those who can afford it, and the most disadvantaged students will lose out".
👥Students have benefitted from such valuable tuition in recent years with the NTP and 16-19 tuition fund playing a crucial part in closing the disadvantage gap.
💡The evidence shows how important this funding is, not only to students, but the economy too!
The Economic Impact of Tutoring📈
Today, Public First released a report indicating that the National Tutoring Programme is set to boost the economy by £4.34 billion thanks to the higher lifetime earnings potential of the young people it supported in 2021/22 and 2022/23. 🧵(1)
