Can CBD neuter deadly Listeria?

Listeria monocytogenes (often just called Listeria) is a harmful bacteria that causes food poisoning.

At 6 times the low dose (about 22.5 µg/mL), CBD strongly reduced the bacteria's ability to move, make toxins, stick to human gut cells (Caco-2), and invade brain cells (HBMEC).

It also turned down many of Listeria's key "attack" genes (like prfA the master switch, hly for the main toxin, plcA/plcB for escape tools, actA for cell-to-cell spread, inlA/inlB for entering cells, motA/motB for movement, and iap for attachment).
