Built Pulse at the SheepAi Hackathon in Split a way to see what’s happening in the city right now.

Live heat maps, location-based posts, AI assistant, and trending places. We already mapped 20 spots around Split where people can post updates instantly.

Didn’t win, but still glad we built it. Met great people, shipped something real, and had a good weekend with the team.

It's been wonderful to hear such great reactions after Buildstation Belgrade. We're always pushing the boundaries to provide as much value as we can.

This time at Demo Day we had 5 winners and 3 honorable mentions:

Honorable mentions went to:
- @LucidSign solves blind signing on @Solana 
- @rentldev tokenizes any space as ad space (@Toni__Dev  literally auctioned slides at his pitch deck and t-shirt)
- @JurassicFi brings the concept of tokenizing rare assets and completed the most successful raise on @MetaDAOProject's permissionless platform

22 hours on a bus. 0 minutes of sleep. 10 hours in Belgrade. Walked on stage. Became a human billboard.

I pitched at the Superteam Balkan's Demo Day Solana Startup Competition in Belgrade, 30 teams, $10k in prizes, 100+ people in the room and 2.3k watching live.

The idea? Auction off ad space on your own t-shirt. Yes, I literally turned myself into a walking billboard to prove the concept works.
I walked away with a Judge's Honorable Mention and honestly, looking at the level of competition in that room, I couldn't be prouder.

I'm 18. Most of the people there had years of building experience on me. And the judges still saw something worth calling out.
But the real prize wasn't the recognition. It was the feedback. Vidor from Solflare, Stanko from V3V Ventures, Marko from Lucid Drakes, and Ivan from Neon Labs stayed hours after the event ended giving every single team detailed, honest feedback. That's rare and I'm genuinely grateful for their time.

Massive thanks to the entire @SuperteamBLKN crew for organizing two incredible weeks of building, mentorship, and chaos. You made Belgrade feel like home even on zero sleep.
If this is what 18 looks like, I can't wait for what comes next.

Another amazing Demo Day in Belgrade is behind us. This one proved that @Solana took over the Balkan region.

I have a really touching story to share, that made my day and created a life changing impact on the hero of the story. The hero is Ong , a young, smart and shy guy who approached me in the cafe. (check tweet in the comment)

I invited him to @JupiterExchange's Catlumpurr. He wasn’t quite sure, but I gave him a friendly push because I felt he needed a little wind beneath his wings. I used to be like that too, so I really resonated with him.

Over the next few days, he met people, had real conversations, and got introduced to @SuperteamMY. I also helped him get set up on @SuperteamEarn and @SuperteamTalent, just so he could see there’s a way back.

Slowly, you could see the shift as he stopped standing on the edges of the room and at some point, he wasn’t “the shy waiter asking questions” anymore. We even took a proper photo for him so he could finally have a profile picture for Twitter and Telegram.

And then something happened.

There was a @solanamobile giveaway at the conference. Only 3 phones were left. I tried my luck too, because I wanted to finally onboard my sister to Solana, and there’s no better way than gifting her a Seeker. I didn’t win, but I told my friends around me: imagine Ong wins it, that would be insane.

And he did. He won.

From bringing coffee and asking a question, to walking away with a Seeker in his hands, new connections, and a sense of belonging, all within a few days.

This is the part of ecosystem work that never shows up in metrics or announcements. Because it isn't planned and can’t be fabricated. It happens when curiosity meets openness, and when someone finds the courage to ask at the right moment.

That's the magic of Solana to me, very human and very real.

I’m just incredibly grateful I got to witness it. I am happy that Solana has changed my life and I know it will change his too.
