@RalphsGrocery Do you make the customers in white communities pay for their seafood before the can receive it? Well, in black communities we have to pay before we receive vs shopping and then paying. Boycott Ralph’s!

@RalphsGrocery But don’t shop for seafood at Ralph’s in the Black and Brown neighborhoods unless you want to pay before you receive your items. Guilty stores - Labrea and Obama, Lacienega/Centinella, Slauson/Crenshaw demeaning and discriminative.
I’m having the same issue. Customer service is absolutely horrible! And they’ve basically committed fraud against me charging me for a piece of a bed that I can’t use without the rest of the pieces @AshleyHomeStore@AshleyHomeHelp just awful!

@AshleyHomeStore Ashley has created a very unpleasant experience for me and I am very disappointed at the lack of customer care. You’re very dishonest in your sales tactics. I ordered a full bed expecting 4 pieces and you send me 1 piece of the end and charge me for am that 1 piece? Dishonest
@AshleyHomeStore I sent a private message in fact, I sent several private messages & all but one has gone unanswered. I have a quarter of a bed that I’ve been charged for & can’t use with no update on when/if the rest of the bed is coming. I received a broken vanity & am waiting for a refund.
In addition, I ordered a dresser and have a hold on my card, but still no confirmation or idea as to when or if the item will ever be received. Can anyone offer advice other than, don’t ever shop Ashley online ever again in life? Is there a General Manager for online stores?
