Disappointed with @Uber. I lost my backpack with my MacBook Pro in an Uber in Montreal. The driver simply said they couldn’t find it, despite me being certain it was left in the trunk. I’m requesting a full investigation and preservation of all trip data. Please do the right thing. @Uber_Support #Uber #LostItem

@Uber_Support @Uber I urgently need help recovering my lost backpack. On July 13 around 3:42 AM in Montreal, I accidentally entered the wrong Uber at 8 Rue Queen (Old Port). It was a white Tesla picking up a passenger named “Nico.” The trip was cancelled during the ride.

I don’t know the driver’s name or have any way to contact them, but with the pickup location, time, vehicle type, passenger name, and trip details, Uber should be able to identify and contact the correct driver.

My yellow North Face backpack was left in the trunk and contains thousands of dollars worth of items (MacBook Pro, Insta360 X5, Pioneer DJ DDJ-XP2, bank cards, etc.).

With the information provided (location, time, vehicle type, passenger name, and cancelled trip), I believe Uber should be able to identify the correct trip and contact the driver. I am not asking for the driver’s personal information, only for your assistance in reaching them or helping recover my belongings

Please escalate this case and help me reach the right driver
