@BritishGasHelp Now into the 3rd day of not being able to use the toilet or shower as the 'EMERGENCY' was meant to be sorted on the 1st day. Engineers not turning up, multiple calls and still no-one here. What do you actually class as an emergency. Highly unacceptable from BG
