@Hoseasons Beware!! Anyone who has booked a Kelsey caravan at Parkdean Holywell Bay. We were told a week before we were due to arrive that the new caravans had not been delivered and so they cancelled our holiday without any support whatsoever.

@Parkdeanresorts How come this is your cancellation policy for customers "For bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date then you will forfeit your full holiday cost" yet you see fit to cancel customers holidays A WEEK before they are due to travel?
