I placed an order worth nearly €2000 on your German store. The order was cancelled due to your internal policy and I was informed that a refund had been processed.

It has now been more than 3 weeks.

My bank confirms there is NO refund, NO pending refund, and NO refund reference associated with this transaction.

Your German support team sent me proof of a completely different refund (for another order of mine), repeatedly transferred me between agents, and after promising to investigate the issue has now stopped responding entirely. I have been unable to get any reply or update for over a week despite multiple follow-ups.

I have already filed a chargeback with my bank.

At this point I am not only dealing with a missing €2000 refund but also currency exchange losses and a credit card payment deadline caused by a problem that should have been resolved weeks ago.

Can someone at Philips Hue finally provide proof of the actual refund or explain where my money is?
