Ancient Mineral Processing — Not Cooking

This evidence‑led work proves they were actually standardised, long‑running mineral‑processing workshops — using nothing but local spring water, stone, and plant matter to create durable, stone‑hard materials, thousands of years before formal cement or kiln technology.

Every site follows the same universal pattern: always located at high‑alkaline rising springs, packed with heat‑shattered silica stone and plant ash, deliberately sited far from living areas, and completely lacking the food waste you would expect from cooking or bathing.

I have replicated this ancient method exactly using only materials found at these mounds — no factory chemicals, no kiln, just heat, water, and compression. The result is a material that matches or outlasts modern cement, even surviving more than 30 freeze‑thaw cycles with barely any change.

This is not a local oddity — identical sites and symbols appear across four continents, showing this was a shared, sophisticated technology lost to history until now.
