@TOFFEEBLUECAST It does feel strange that so many have had to put the brakes on spending. The lack of transparency from the Premier League on other clubs compliance and the secrecy over City makes it all very suspicious.

@RyanSoccerAA They merrily brief friendly journalists to help spread their rhetoric. Everton going into administration might be their agenda now. We might be accused of paranoia but the evidence is strong. Just look at Masters performance in front of the parliamentary committee.

@RyanSoccerAA It seems all too coincidental that they are taking so long whilst they are embroiled in the appeal from Everton and also during the period have brought a further charge. It is easy to feel there is a an agenda by the Premier League to punish Everton in any way they can.
