Today I am @pulsetoday conference in Manchester talking about GP access and continuity of care.

Access to appointments is a huge issue that needs triage, staff and digital input as well as patient and clinician synergy for change.

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately the map shows good signal but it definitely isn’t and took 4 minutes to even load that page after going outside to get signal.

Never had this problem with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport or @EE.

Is there a way out of a contract that isn’t performing as required?

@VodafoneUK I signed up to a contract with the new iPhone 3 weeks ago… I have had little to no data signal in this time.

How can you have such poor internet access across the UK but still expect people to stay with you as customers?!

Any plan to enhance this??

Glad to see that Paramedics have been left out of the new @NHSSupplyChain uniform review. AHPs like art therapists and Osteopaths have their uniform… but Paramedics will, I’m sure, be thought of as just #AmbulanceDrivers once again 🫠🙄
