@DFS After ordering my 89 year old mother in laws new sofa five weeks ago. Last week we were contacted to say today would be our delivery day. This has now been delayed twice, first to Wed, and today’s excuse down to the ‘weather’ 🙄and also now, no new date offered or given. 🤬

So you say yes my claim is valid for compensation, then Air France say no they are not paying ( no clue why as I booked with KLM)
I appealed to AF note and today KLM e-mailed stating again my claim is valid.
Only to see this only for £68 and not the £400+ KLM cost me .

@Halfords_uk So yesterday I booked my car into Halfords Wigan for two new front tyres. I picked an early 9.30 time slot (they where in 30mins slots) I have turned up this morning to be told they will take 1.5 hours to fit?? What is the point booking an early appointment, NOT GOOD

@MCO My daughter landed at MCO terminal C .7.30 from Dublin Ireland. and now at 21.55 they are still waiting for someone to deliver there luggage to the collection area, what a complete disgrace and of course no one is around to explain what is happening,

I am far from happy about the lack of info and compensation offered the mini cruise was 3 days it is now 2 days and no info on the cost incurred by having to find a hotel and food etc

@VirginVoyages What has happened is very sad, resulting in the cruise being delayed.
BUT! Virgin don’t insult people with compensation less than the daily room rate, no mention of hotel or meals & compensation to find and then waiting
3.5h for a call back resulting in nothing
