@kaarmann@Wise@bluevine Unfortunately - I can no longer trust wise. Timings are unreliable, customer service is the worst I have ever used. I would rather pay the banks and know my transfer will be on time.
@kaarmann I will be going to the regulators soon about Wise. I am totally fed up with your unreliable transfers and abysmal customer service. I want to speak to someone in the UK. Heres an idea, I would even pay for a premium service. I would rather pay the banks - they are reliable
@archer_m8 @Wise Wise take days sometimes - dont even bother with 'customer service' they are even more useless. Wise is unreliable. They have left me abroad with no money multiple times now. DO NOT RELY ON THEM
@Wise Pointless - tried that. Your team are less useful than paper submarine. They just read a script. They ask for information I just cant get (like a document with all accounts / references - my bank just does not do that). This is not the first time, but it is the last
@Wise You lost my transfer Monday. Customer service is abysmal. No care, keep repeating the line its sent - well its not received. No complaints procedure (against EU law) - call center - dont get me started on that
