@KhalifKairo I just wish there were scholarships to pursue piloting. Or at least more ab initio programs like the one @KenyaAirways had some years ago. Personally, i pursued by BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in hopes to pursue such programs. I still hope

@Bossyator Buyer is RIGHT. Under Kenya's Sale of Goods Act, full payment + receipt = binding contract. Price is fixed. Goods belong to buyer already. Seller (not 'unpaid') can't force top-up or withhold delivery. Only possible reasonable storage fee, not 400k hike.
